[BUG] Lighthouse In Aldcroft Glitch

There is a quest in Aldcroft where you rescue an NPC from the lighthouse. The door on the lighthouse entrance and exit is way off center and there is a large gap to the "void world" on the right side.
Most of the time trying to enter or exit you will drop into the void world of blue skies and death. Also the map does NOT update that you have been to the lighthouse. I completed the quests and still there is no map marker. Must be something to do with how it is registering your character with the doors being so far off original position. I did report this in game as well.
