ESO Completely Froze my Computer

After alt tabbing my computer froze and I was unable to do anything. I did this when that special new lag spike happened, perhaps there is some massive memory leak going on atm. Anyone else experienced this?

✭The EU Server is going crazy as well, just had huge lag spikes in two solo dungeons, and both time I got kicked from server -

Seravi✭✭✭✭I gave up at 7AM EST. When the lag spikes happen there is a HUGE memory usage. I keep task manager open on my other monitor and I can see it quickly jump with the spikes. My game in the most intensive areas will use around 2GB of memory. When the spikes happen it jumps to 2 1/2 and more and doesn't release it when the lag calms down. -

✭I've noticed that my computer seems to hate ESO as well.
If I play it for a lengthy period I can hear my computer starting to struggle! Fans will whine, processes slow, and the game becomes increasingly unresponsive!
The worst part is, these symptoms will persist even after I've exited the game and my PC will run sluggishly for a while.
ESO is the only game I play that does this to my system.
(It's probably a memory leak of some kind)

Induron✭✭seems to be isolated to a segment of players because while I spike and get stuck around others in my group do not experience the same problems.

kurstein✭✭✭the launcher I also getting out of control it started a 83mb memory and after 1 min 101mb. I think it can be the problem it keeps getting more and more memory (5 min 114mb)
00-01 cpu and 120mb 10min and is not running the game

✭✭Well I've done everything I can think of from repairing game to checking my computer performance. Game still freezes in Haynote cave, going try and get killed to respawn elsewhere. jeevin✭✭✭✭✭I'm getting this. I played last night no problem. Get home from work today and the launcher is really slow to load, takes a few goes to log in. Once I'm in game it's playable for about a minute then it just lags about and then freezes. I've tried repair client, checked firewall. Still having issues. Ping test says my network is fine and BF4 runs no problems.
Update: after another slow log in and a crash with "unknown error" I was able to play. The game still feels somewhat laggy but thats not too unusual for ESO.Edited by jeevin on August 4, 2014 7:58AM -

have the launcer use that one instead of 32-bit on x64 os.
