HELP!!! Cannot enter Glenumbra. Now one of my main toon can't play without crashing!!!

My main toon could not teleport into Glenumbra this morning. When he tried, the game crashed. I tried to walk in from Stormhaven, but the game crashed. Now he is stuck in a rock in Stormhaven and the game crashes in ten seconds.
I tried another toon and it could not teleport into Glenumbra. He could go to Rivenspire but not Glenumbra.
