Enchants don't appear?

I've recently tried to enchant some items and, while the enchant appears to work and the glyph disappears from my inventory, the stat doesn't appear on the item.

Am I missing something here or is this a bug?

Bumping. This is a major problem. Not only does the item not enchant, I lose the glyph in the process.

Just broke down and asked in /zone...I never knew that the enchant is only 100% on helm, chest, legs. All other armor pieces it's a small percentage...

So an enchant was appearing but not the amount you expected. That's far different than your first post. We could have answered if you put it that way.

Agreed, I wasn't noticing the small change on the item. Basically, it was 23 magika turned into 33 (or something similar) I simply missed noticing this.

Seems an odd design to have enchants apply at a lesser value to other armor pieces. I'm not sure why that was designed.

It's a rip-off. If they charge 75 gold for a given enchantment you should get the same amount of value from it no matter what armor / jewelry / weapon you put it on.
    If I wanted a Signature I would have a Signature --- but i don't want one so I don't have one.
