Latency - Disconnections - Stuck after European Migration

Good Evening, I am having several disconnection , more position bugs for NPCs and several episodes of irresponsiveness after the migration and I did not have any problem before. I live in Italy, my connection is perfeclty working, have no packet loss on any other website-address.
