Not sure if this is bug or not, but i've noticed wierd behavior of VoB damage scaling.
Its damage do scale with max magicka and WEAPON damage instead of Spell damage. It is only giving approximately just 10 damage from a Stave with 136 weapon damage.
However VoB do benefit from Panacea of Spell Power potion which give 24 spell damage with NBs passives. Also give just about 10 damage instead of 24. Spell damage scale seems to be very poor, because changing jewelry from 12 spell damage to 13 spell damage doesnt seems to give any effect.
At the same time, VoB do NOT benefit from "Might of the Guild" passive of Mages guild what so ever.
