BUG - cant move after combat sometimes

Happening alot today and its driving me cray cray. Logging in and out is the only way to fix something that shouldn't happen. Please fix.

PS Bug reports are stupid and waste my time. Come read the forums.

This bug has been around for a while and reported many times. I hit ESC twice to get out of it. Got tired of logging in and out.
