Am I the only one experiencing the occasional everlasting stun?

As the title states, am I the only one that occasionally gets stunned by a group of players and cannot break free/dodge roll out of it? On top of that, sometimes the stun lasts for up to like 6 seconds and I get killed in its duration. I've counted it and I swear sometimes there is some weird *** going on with CC.

✭There is a 'lock' bug. You can not move, or you can move but can not cast any spells or both.
Its due to a CC effect hitting you and the server never sending you the second 'package' tell your client the effect is over. So it appears to last forever. (Normally until death or log off). You can not break out of this CC.
It normally (for me and the guild I am in) only happens when their is high server lag.
But its very annoying when it happened. If your the healer or tank in an instance, it is very annoying as its not just you dying but causing your whole group to wipe.
