eso keep asking for security code

everytime i log on on my laptop it keep asking for the security code when i log in on eso its annoying any help please

Not sure, but i think that the security code come up when you use a different machine or a different ip.
Are you using the same internet connection?

Hello, there! After pressing Play on the launcher to open the login screen, please note that there are two icons right above the box for the UserID. The house icon is for a trusted machine while the lock icon is for a distrusted machine.

If the distrusted machine icon is highlighted, it means that the launcher will ALWAYS prompt you to enter a code when they log in. If the trusted machine icon is highlighted, you will only be prompted to verify your IP address if it changes, or if the you recently used another machine to log in.

Please ensure that the house icon is selected the next time you log in to ESO. If you continue to receive requests for the verification code despite the trusted machine icon being selected, please contact our Customer Support Team at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask/.
