Reporting players not working?

I'm trying to use the Report Player feature and all it does is bring up the customer support screen blank. It flashes the word "loading" for a very brief moment, then just goes to blank. Is there a problem with the system?

Could you please provide us with a screenshot so we can investigate this? (please try to avoid showing the name of any player in the screenshot)

When the screen goes blank, there is actually an error message, you can see it when you highlight it with your mouse (it's dark text on dark background). I believe this is caused by lag.
