I'm trying to use the Report Player feature and all it does is bring up the customer support screen blank. It flashes the word "loading" for a very brief moment, then just goes to blank. Is there a problem with the system?
When the screen goes blank, there is actually an error message, you can see it when you highlight it with your mouse (it's dark text on dark background). I believe this is caused by lag.
