Unable to re-sub

So my wife and I decided to re-sub and give the game another go...however when trying to sub it shows the amount as 0 and if you go through with the payment we then get an email that says it was declined. I have tried with two different credit cards and paypal and they all give the same result. Logged a ticket with support but they just said they would look into it...and no feedback. We would have liked to play this weekend. Any help would be appreciated. If there is going to be so much hassles then we will have to give this game a skip permanently.

One thing I read about subs being declined is that the address on your ESO account must match exactly with that on file with the CC company. And perphaps one reason for the slow support response could be that account/billing is closed for the weekend.

Hope you and the wife can get in the game soon. My wife and I are usually out adventuring together as VR1 players now in Stonefalls.

I gave up on using a credit card after all those payment issues in April. I buy pre-paid cards now.

We've had just the same problem trying to re-sub. I even asked Support for help. As far as I understand the problem is, like Ashtaris said, that the billing address should match the one on your card WORD BY WORD. That's a problem for me as long as I'n not from the USA or UK and our style of typing addressing is way too different, I can't adjust it to the billing address form on my account page. So, we just had to choose WebMoney.

    May the Hist guide you

Same. I won't let them touch my credit card again with a ten foot pole. Had two cards declined and funds held for both 10 and 30 days.

Funny thing is I've used one of these cards to buy the game and numerous items from the Bethesda shop without problems.

Yea friend is having issues he bought the game on the credit card and he had a subscription on the card which supposed to renew every 3 months. Worked for 3 months then it cancelled itself and he cannot resub now. Even phoned his bank and they said the payment is not even making it to the card. When he contacted ZOS they just said to use another card which really aent acceptable. It's obvious there is an issue with the system they need to address. The answer should not be get a new credit card tell one works.
