Enabling both morphs of a skill

It would be nice to have an option where a player could purchase access to both skill morphs of a skill for an additional investment of a skill point or skill points.

✭i think it would be cool if teir 2 morphs allow you to either further the intial morph, or combine the effects of the alternative of the inital morph...
either way, i want teir 2 morphs!I play every class in every situation. I love them all.2 -

I also like the idea of further morphs. Would add a bit of variety to builds

There are more than enough skill points available in the game to allow this.2
