Training horses and other mounts and then selling them for a profit? You know you want it.

I don't want to have to see breeding in action when I go to feed my horse.

Only if I can get some b****** versions of mounts, like mixing horses with guars. Or breeding a guar with a netch then breeding that with a horse so it could float, walk on two legs and have the head of a horse. I want to play GOD!!!

I have to wait now for up to 32 days to research a skill. How long should I have to wait for the baby to be gestated, then born, then raised, then trained, then be available for use?

Or are we just going to use a Stork Cliff Racer to drop the thing off at some point?

WTS level 50 horse named Oats.

I feel like that could actually be profitable.

it's 25 1/2 days if you put points in research. the extra 7 is on you.

It's not as funny that way.

Then again, maybe it was not funny at all in the first place....

I guess I will keep my day job.

I know right! So someone goes out and buy a few horses for 47k each (I think that's the cost), then feeds them 49 times to make the horse level 50 (49 x 250 =12.25k) for a total cost of roughly 60k per horse. You could then profit by selling the level 50 horses for 100k, 75k, or whatever people are willing to pay to not have to feed a horse for a month to get a max speed/stam/carrying capacity horse. Could be a lucrative business...

for a total cost of roughly 60k per horse.

Don't forget the cost of Stable Stalls. I don't know what it costs at the upper end, but it goes 10, 100, for the first two. I think it is 1000 for the third one, can't remember. That could be a big expense with 6 or 8 horses.

Then again, how many stable stalls can we get?

at 6 it's 100k iirc. Someone mentioned having six horses and being up to that cost for the next stall.
