2h passive "heavy weapons" doesnt work properly

In contrary to the dw passive "twin blade and blunt" the 2h version "heavy weapons" doesnt work with swords. You wont get the 5% additional damage.
And please buff it a bit, so that its on equal terms with the restoration staff passiv "cycle of life" with its average of 8% additional damage. (Taking life loss into consideration)
