Loyheta✭✭yeah it sucks. I was hoping they'd go with most pets obtainable in game like old wow instead of a third in cash shop third from pre-orders/CEs/and conventions like new wow.
I'm only bothered by this because I am a collector. But the mmo scene is going more towards exclusives which makes me lose a lot of investment.
I think they are adding other dogs to the game (or cash shop) but the notion that they aren't rewarding their existing playerbase is baffling. I just may be acting entitled but this stuff bugs me *shrug*
Oh also.. if you are mad about that. People that went to quakecon got a pig pet xD1 -

I don't know about where you live, but most stores offer price adjustments when a purchased item goes on sale after a week or two from purchase date. Hell, even some stores will do price match and adjustment when other stores got the same item on sale.1 -

lol and I am cool paying my 80 I got a 1 gold horse pledge of Mara a mud crab just when someone pays half gets all the same stuff and gets a dog. All im asking for is ZOS to be like hey thanks for supporting us and being with us so long, we wanted new players and offered a deal with a cool pet but were giving you a mammoth......that's all I am asking forPaying 110$ for crabs, should've paid her more.

Personally, since they'll be adding in a brown Riften dog, I don't see what all the fuss is about. It's a non-combat pet. ✭Glad I finally got the beta monkey before they all disappear. I haven't seen anyone make the connection between the console port promotion and the Steam release. My theory is that they planned this whole thing. Why would they set a time limit of June 30th for console porting, and why would they not allow current accounts to port to Steam? Well, answers simple. They did not want to have to deal with Steam when porting to consoles. They end the console promotion and release to Steam two weeks later. Kind of surprised no one else put this together. As for the dog... Poor business decision towards those players who have been paying already and asking for such item. I don't care about the dog as much as there's nothing equal for the players between beta and Steam.
