What Happend To Vet Stats When the Champion System Replaces it.

Here is my question when the champion system does replace vet ranks....... Will I still have the same stats that my current Vet rank 12 character has? or will our stats be lowered to what they were at Vet rank 1? We didnt just get better gear with V ranks we also got stat increases. From what i noticed every vet rank my character got 15 more stamina, magika, and health. So from Vet rank 2 threw 12 that is a total of 165 stamina, magika, and health. Will we lose these character stats?
What about Armor? Will armor be turned back to the stats of Vet rank 1 armor?
Are mobs and PVP guards going to be reverted back to Vet 1 aswell?

Vet points will go away (special vet XP that you only get in vet zones by killing mobs and doing quests).
Everything will use normal XP (quests, mobs, explore, chest opening, etc.), to get Vet ranks, AND get champ points.0
