Have you actually seen this, or are you just guessing? Resource nodes disappearing before your eyes can be a phasing problem, and I don't get that more than perhaps once per day, and only in crowded areas where you can expect many phases to be running in parallel. No, literally, they went underground. Beneath that little half a pixel layer we all think is miles of solid earth
The disappearing node effect has several possible causes, phasing is indeed one I've seen in action. However, there certainly were underground botters you could 'see' due to their nameplates showing as they had to be near the surface in order to interact with the node.stefan.gustavsonb16_ESO wrote: »Have you actually seen this, or are you just guessing? I am not saying you are wrong, but can you provide some more information on how you know this? I would like to be able to detect underground botters myself.
Actually they do, in several ways, but I won't spoil your misplaced sense of detachment.Markuseb17_ESO15 wrote: »they do not disturb my gaming experienc
You say "were", but your post above suggests they are still around. Are they? I saw some of these as well a couple of months ago, but I have not seen them for quite some time, nor have I been affected by their actions. If there are some bots, they are not having any noticeable impact on my gaming experience. However, there certainly were underground botters you could 'see' due to their nameplates showing as they had to be near the surface in order to interact with the node.

The game should have been held and released only when the console version, justice system, dark brotherhood, and thieves guild were ready. They really hurt themselves by putting an unfinished game on the shelf. It gets better day by day, but some previous players may never come back.

If you take this line of thinking then games would never launch. Oh look the DB and Thieves guild are in. Oh but wait there is now this we and players want, nope better delay the game again.
The game was finished when it launched. No game specially MMOs are bug free, or have all the content that people think they should have at launch

If you have the passive which allows you to see nodes from a distance they have that WOW-like sparkle/shimmer effect. I regularly come across plant nodes that aren't shimmering and the moment I 'harvest' them they vanish: and it's ALWAYS the moment I touch them, not before and after. That implies they're both there and no there at the same time.
