Justice system - World interactivity
First of all... Awesome future plans for ESO! I am very excited! Especially about the justice system.
I do hope that they make the world more "interactive". E.g. If I am sneaking and a guard sees me (it becomes an eye) I would like the guard saying: what are you doing over there? Or a shop owner: "no sneaking around my business!". It seems the NPC just stood there. I hope they consider this when implementing the justice system.
Do you have any other similar ideas for the Devs? Do you agree this would be a nice addition to world interactivity?

Bleakraven✭✭✭✭Anything that adds to immersion is nice.
If your bounty is over x ammount, why not make use of those notice boards and let other players interact with it to learn the name and possibly level of the current criminals? -
Sighlynce✭✭✭Good idea I love listening to all the comments the NPCs throw at us . How about you reach for something after you've been busted and get the ' You break it You buy it' or 'good way to lose a hand' comment !! This would be too funny

- kill cats
- loot the NPC's from their clothes, same as mobs (we could in any TES game)
- use torches burn haystacks
I really had a laugh in Bleakrock isle when i killed a pig and the farmer came crying. nooo, whyyy or something. it was funny.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶
