Crashing with "Unknown Error" when changing zones

I have been getting an unknown error crash while playing on the EU servers. It started yesterday, happens when I try to change zones such as going from Glenumbra to a solo instance. When I try to log back in, the game cannot retrieve my character and I am forced to completely restart my computer. After a restart and a check for updates, I can get into the game with my character but back in Glenumbra before I attempt to change zones. My second attempt kicks me back out again with an unknown error. After a few tries (always have to restart my computer or I can't get in on my character) I can sometimes actually change zones. I am not sure what is causing the issue but I did make sure my router firewall is configured properly.

Can I please get some help with this problem. Today I am trying to group with other players on the EU servers and when I attempt to teleport to the group leader I get disconnected with an unknown error. When I attempt to get back in game, I get stuck with "requesting character load". I have made sure that the eso.exe file has access through the firewall on my computer. I have given access to the appropriate UDP and TCP ports on my router. I have had my ISP give me a static IP and I have even lowered the graphic settings on my computer. I start my game by right clicking and chosing "run as administrator". I uninstalled flash from my system as per one researched tip. None of this works for me. I live in SW Germany and I have never had this sort of problem with a game before. I can play early in the morning with no problems but the game becomes unplayable in the evening as this error happens every time I attempt to change areas. I feel like my game time is slipping by without me getting to play.

I performed a DNS flush and restarted my router. This has not fixed the problem, I just got an "unknown error" message when trying to leave Spindleclutch.

I have almost the same issue but not so bad. I am just disconnected while teleporting. I found out that this issue might be caused by any addon. Disabled all, the issue continued. Deleted all and the issue still occurs. I am starting to wondering that it might be any hardware issue but I am pretty sure that it is not ...

It would be awesome if anybody else share any tips.

Hope we find a solution.
