What does a vampire have to do to get some unnatural resistance in this game?

Its been how long? Unnatural resistance is still not fixed or at least doesn't say its true percentage. still negative 75% for me.

Probably some time after they fix werewolves as well as the vamp undeath passive, which may be a while.
