I have some suggestion for jewellery, armour and weapons skins. Sometimes you want use low level skin on higher level item because it fit to your character. But how to get this skin. Well to get these skins also is some way. Simple skins from white to blue you get by refining items or doing some crafting quests. For legendary skin you have to learn more things before you can get. Only Crafting master can learn how to get skins by doing quest (is more for legendary items) or refining items. So we know what we will have housing in future. So in house you can have wardrobe where you store armour skins, Deck we you can store jewellery skins and chest (or something better) fro weapons skins. I prefer what skin will be like unlockable and if you want to unlock specific skin so it will description how to get. You can change any time when you in house by using some materials or with some fee.

Also it will nice if you can get some skins from boss weapon or armour.

What do you think about this future? Also would like you some ideas from you

I don't recall being able to see Jewelry on my character but maybe I'm just not paying attention.

    No, you're paying attention.

The only "jewelry" that appears on your character would be the earrings/crowns/jewels/etc. that you can put on their head at character creation.

Allowing a costume character tab where you can wear costumes or armor (that doesn't use the stats) like Rift would make things more simple.

You can only wear armor you can normally wear in the costume slots. I just don't want to have to some convoluted things just so I can keep a look I like. I get what you are trying to do...I really do. I just don't want to have to do some questline or have player housing to not look like a brown/grey smear with mismatched parts. (yes I know the dye is coming.)

I would like to see jewelry but I think it would be hidden under most armor and be too much trouble to do.

I know that something need for PvP player. Lets say is three way to get: Legendary skins: Collecting mats from boss, Doing quest and spending PvP points.

Costume is not same as you customise different parts: Gloves, Shoulders and so on. From my experience in other MMO game, so I was enjoying when making unique character from different armour styles, weapons and jewellery. So you meet all the time different player. For example I like shoulder skin from one set, and head from another set and so on. So by time I was playing and when I became max level so I built a unique character which has own playing style and appearance. Some low level item skins looks better than high level item skin.

Jewellery will be later on in game contest. Maybe they will add some earning and more stuff to customize character. Because so races or tribes should wear earning and other stuff.

Well for ZOS probably will be hard to do many things until they have descent amount subscribers ;-).

I would very much enjoy the ability to craft armor in any racial style -and- resource 'level'. Say I just -love- the way Bosmer Full-Leather amor looks ( and I do. Spiked knees FTW! ). I would like to keep that look but improve the material to fel leather, etc, as my character gains levels and I harvest new material.
Brunhilda Icehammer - Nord Dragonknight, 'Smith & Enchantress 'What is 'ranged? I need to hit something!!'
Laehl Direthorn - Bosmer Nightblade, Purveyor of fine Clothes, Bows and Staves
Reeza gra-Zuni - Orc Templar 'War Shaman' and Apothecary
Noemi Snowpaw - Kajiit Dragon Knight - I laugh... or I'd have to kill you.
Kitera Dreamon - Breton of The Dominion: Because those Daggers don't appreciate a great Mage.
Lysara Shadowcroft - Dunmer Bloodmage: This will only hurt a lot.
