Is ESO's story ever evolving?

I have yet to play ESO(waiting on console release). I am a huge lore fan and love the story between the factions. It begs the question though, is the story ever evolving? In other MMOs(WoW) the lore/story of the game moves on throughout patches and expansions. Is ESO's like this? I.E- Queen Ayrenn has a personal quest/problem that she must deal with, will the story of her keep progressing? It might be harder with having expensive voice actors. I just really want to see the story of ESO progress.
I saw the Imperial City update on Quakecon. Let;s say in 2 years(new expansion) will Molag Bol STILL be in the Imperial City? Or will we still fight for it like Molag Bol is still a threat? Anyways, cya guys/ladies later!

rynth✭✭✭✭✭The way they have things setup story wise imo yes there are lots and lots of ways to keep the story going with off shoots of the story and twists and turns. Like the game I found it very open ended allowing for future updates and plots. Was a great ending and opening for new thingsWhen asked what he would do for a Klondike bar.
