Hello,

These are a list of issues im having.

1) cant submit a help report in game. This might be me being dumb but i have submitted reports in game b4, but now i cant.

2) massive lag on loading screens, maybe 5 mins or so.

3)i think i may have a memory leak issue. The mem usage on eso (max settings) is128,000,000............ it is too long for the whole number! it gets higher the longer I play and seems to correlate to longer and longer load screens.

4) I previously reported this many times and it is an issue that comes and goes , seems to sometimes resolve by logging in multiple times occasionaly, I cant use the drop sown arrows in the ui menu. For example it i want to change guild screen or toggle myself show on/offline. This is annoying.

Please dont sent me a RP reply telling me to turn it off and on again or the equivelant. That would just be rubbing cow poo in my face, which im afraid i dont enjoy.

Please help me zos customer support. I enjoy this game and would love to comtinue.

you can actually email them from the support button on top of this page. They usually get back to me right away when i email them and they will help you troubleshoot it. I think this problem is a known problem that the divs are working on but email them and see what they say.

The launcher memory leak is still there. Once you are logged in, close the launcher for sure. Also the game memory leak is still there. Mine will use an additional 1 GB in less than 30 seconds and I have to log out and back in. I have reported this several times since the last major update in game and in a ticket. I provided screen shots and lots of info proving it is the game not my system. Hopefully they will address it soon. I keep my task manager open all the time on my other monitor so I can see it happening and get out of the game before it goes paws up from the memory leak.

A thought here, are you using a discrete video card or an embedded video chip that shares memory with the mainboard ram? I've seen the video in the game go crazy several times, and that makes me wonder if it's trying to grab ram that isn't there.

If so, then your memory bounce of a gig in a few seconds makes sense.
