Razak's Toy Spider - Patch 1.2.6

A few days ago I came across the issue of people not getting their Razak's Toy Spider after doing the associated quest. I read that if you used /help while in-game they would provide you with one. So I entered /help, then did a search on help topics for "Razak's Toy Spider". This is what came up:
So I waited until today when the patch took effect, checked the Patch Notes v1.2.6, and there's no mention of this whatsoever. I log into the game and don't have my toy spider either.Why didn't I get the Dwemer spider pet (Razak's Toy Spider) after I completed the Razak's Opus public dungeon?
Due to a change occurring with Patch 1.2.6, set to be deployed on Monday, July 21, we are unable to grant the Toy Spider pet associated with this quest. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to check the patch notes for 1.2.6 as soon as they are live.

ZOS_JessicaFolsomCommunity ManagerHi @Sadae! We actually have a hotfix going in for the Razak's Wheel quest so that it awards the Dwemer Spider pet again. We hope to push that hotfix out tomorrow. The hotfix is, unfortunately, not going to fix the quest reward retroactively but we're prepared to help those who have already done the quest, too. Long-term, the pet spider will arrive in the mail for those who have already finished Razak's Wheel but did not get the reward. Short-term, if you can't wait for the Dwemer Spider pet to arrive in the mail (which will require a larger fix and will take longer to resolve), you can contact our support team and they will grant it.6 -

gurluasb16_ESO✭✭✭✭Yeah, problem is the support team are still using that as an excuse not to give us the pet. I referred them to this thread though.
EDIT: Yeah it wasn't enough, so it got forwarded to specialists...Who knows how long I have to wait now to get it x3.
EDIT2: It took roughly 10 minutes for the pet to be sent alongside a very nice agent telling me there was a bit confusion on the office. So if you want the pet just open a ticket, if they say no, refer them to this thread.Edited by gurluasb16_ESO on July 21, 2014 10:16PM1 -
TeraAngelos✭✭✭@ZOS_JessicaFolsom: I contacted Customer Support prior to Patch 1.2.6, and was asked to wait until after the patch. Now that it's post-patch, it seems customer support is still the only way to get the spider pet retroactively granted. I tried contacting them again, but it's now been two days with no response. Please help; my reference number is # 140718-000216. Thank you!
