PTS Char Creation - Unable to Create Char Invalid Template

Using the drop down menu's on the upper left and I am still unable to create a new chars.
- I can use exist older beta chars Vet 9 but cannot add a new one.
- Deleted all chars and tried to create new ones.
- Toggling between premade builds randomly changes races but no change on creation.
This needs to be point and click if you hope to get any of us players to actually test this content.

✭Hey, @RivenCsky. Are you attempting to create a Breton by chance? You'll see this error on PTS when trying to create a character that falls outside of a faction's intended races. So if you'd like to create an Aldmeri character on PTS, you'll need to select either Altmer, Bosmer, or Khajiit.0 -

Uh... Jessica said those templates are only available for the conventions. The only template you can make is the vr 12 daggerfall one and you're limited to those 3 specific races for the daggerfall covenant. So you cannot make a char to mimic your main char on the PTS? I have an Imperial Templar, let me guess you cannot support that class / race? If so then how do you expect players to give accurate feedback if they cannot compare Live server Vs PTS changes?
In any case, how does the average person actually make a PTS class since each patch it seems to change.0
