Dyes are good but..

...why do vampires get the good and likely most wanted colors e.g. Lamae's White and Nexophilic Black? Especially black! Black used to be the most used/liked color and in games with item stores the most expensive one too.
And werewolves get the crappy ones that nobody wants to wear? (Lycanthrope Gray and Wolf's Fur Brown).

Since the world skills are not in the templates, it's difficult to say more about the colors in detail but this strikes me odd. Vampires are already on the top of the food chain in Cyrodiil and now they even get the most wanted colors for free? Please consider a change. Make vampires black and werewolves white (packleader) or vice versa.
But don't let it like this.

I also noticed the Dyes in the Alliance Ranks start with Volunteer. But there is a gap between Sergeant and Captain and also between Volunteer and Legionary. First Sergeant and Lieutenant are left out and the dyes start again with Captain. And Recruit and Veteran are also left out. Intended?

With the way it works you can get the achievement on any character and all your toons can use it. Just roll an alt Vampire up. Its really easy to work up. I plan to do so with a werewolf because I do like grey and brown as well.

Is Lamae's White really so different from Birch White? Or heck, even Volunteer's Iron if ESO Fashion can be trusted, though judging by the name I suspect it might look more grey in-game. AD quests give two black dyes. Becoming a vampire also isn't difficult at all. They really aren't locking all good dyes behind impossible achievements.

What's really not cool is that Pink is available at all...

But the most disappointing thing is that we can't paint a shield. No matter how you paint your gear, the shield just stays the same and breaks all the harmony.
Please, enable shields to be changed too.

there are like 10 black achievements, one is in cold harbour so its not hard to get a black one

It was not about not being able to get any white or black but that Vamps got them and WWs hot crappy ones.
When I first started this post it was not known that all achievrment colors are account-wide available.
Anyway .. I really hate ZOS favoured bloodsuckers and won't create one myself.
Not until they finally improved WW after 5 months.
