ZoS - "School Daze" Quest Bugged

As title says, quest "School Daze" in Ebonheart Pact's location Deshaan, speifically in Shad Astula is bugged.
- The crocodile that is supposed to spawn after you correctly select the spheres simply does not appear. People were able to finish this quest yesterday, while the rest of us was just running around from sphere to sphere with no conclusion. In one time I could've counted almost 50 people in that little lake just confused why it doesn't spawn...
I've done this quest 2 times already on my previous characters, without any bug or issue. I've even looked up the solution to be 100% sure that I am right and I was.
I tried to abandon the quest at least 10 times and redo it but no such luck, relogging did just as abandoning - resetting the spheres.
I've had a look into forum's category: Developer's Discussion and I think I've seen a list with several quests (some being striked across as if "fixed") and this one "School Daze" was there also, but not striked. I suppose they know about it and plan to have a fix for it for future, what do I know

Falmer✭✭✭✭If there are multiple people doing this quest it messes up.
Each time, I have done it, just wait patiently for one of the people to complete the puzzle and help kill the croc.
Anyone doing the quest at the same time as you trying to manipulate the spheres will bug it out.
That's the work around for it though.1 -
SahrotRein✭✭✭✭Yeah, that's also what I've found it while browsing the forums, I've been standing by but nothing happend so I'm going to try it again now, hopefully noone's gonna be there.
edit: Dammit, you were right. Nobody was there so I tried it and he spawned
