Any good PvE/PvP guilds out there?

I'll be honest I've been through probably 20 or so guild at this point, everything from trading/crafting to hardcore RP and haven't found a decent guild that enjoys PvE. I haven't even scratched the surface of Cyrodill yet because of this. I've grouped a few times and It seem like there is one mature person in the group followed by two teens who really aren't quest or objective focused, just more interested on jumping off every rock and wasting time by getting stuck. I guess my question is, if there are any mature guilds or groups out there that play PvE and PvP I would like to join. Don't get me wrong, I'll joke around and have a good time but I also like a group that enjoys getting quest done and working together. Right now my main is a lvl 45 Khajiit DK in the AD, I also have a low lvol sorc on DC and a lvl 27 NB on EP.

You're welcome to check out my guild, Animus Lunae. We're in a bit of a rebuilding stage, only recently got guild store, but are trying to build up membership after several members going inactive. We do mostly PvE, primarily group dungeons, although a few of us pop into Cyrodiil on occasion. In dungeons we focus on getting through the dungeon in an efficient manner without wasting time - we'll have people wander off to grab a treasure chest, but that's the extent of it.

We're mostly on AD, NA server, and have quite a few people around your level, plus some players in veteran levels that don't mind doing lower level dungeons.
