I'm going to say yes, in general it's very positive.

Is there anything in particular you were wanting to talk about? :)

Nope, I was just looking to see if the general population was either pleased or not pleased. Discuss any top you would like :)

hehe, as cool as that would be it would be a disaster as most of the products are not finished but most of them are looking very close.

I voted no because there was not a maybe option.....I really like some of the things, but other things seem confusing to me....
    here is an example:
A guy on the panel said that "we know people really like leveling up their character and then going into other factions". I'm not sure this is true because most of what i have seen people really don't like to break out of their faction to finish vet leveling.

Another thing i didn't like is to me it seemed like everything was all cinematic sweeps...which to me sorta felt that these things could be YEARS down the road....on top of that they were clear to say "these things are not set and could change"..."we don't want to commit to a date/time".

Overall i thought there was some really cool things, and it seems that spellcrafting will be available to everyone...so YES it is cool, but while somethings are starting soon it really felt that other aspects (even someone mentioning update 5) before we can expect to see most of these to even start coming around.

so I am on the fence...was this just some big HYPE parade to try to sway people to join now (and combat a large negative vibe that is forming) and sub until the changes actually happen? Are these things that we will see in the next few months? OR the next 2 years?

SO most of this still leaves me with questions and a wait and see feeling.

Yep, everything just seems cool. Better facial and combat animations. The spellcrafting looks great and encourages exploration. The champion system and justice system look great and will be tons of fun.

Well I meant hypothetically. The point I was trying to make was after all these updates, it will pretty much be a perfect game. ( of course there are problems they CANT fix. For example, an open sandbox mmo would be nice but there's no way they would be able to do this with the way the mmo works. They could do some things to make it more sandbox..ish, for example, boats in the game would be amazing. And the justice system is a step in the right direction )

There is no "under water" in ESO. I've glitched below the water surface several times and there is absolutely nothing down there.
In fact, there's not even water down there.

You can just walk for hours without drowning.
Also, you can walk under deep water without ever getting attacked by slaughterfish, which allows you to just walk off the map completely.

The game has no logic what-so-ever with regards to anything "under water" ...
    ;-)

Well that was really some stuff that will not show until 2015.
If we look at this year, that the coming Updates could be:

August: Update 3: Guildfeature + Set Redesigns
September: Update 4: Craglorn Part 3
Oktober: Update 5: City of Ash
November: Update 6 Craglorn Part 4 or Imp. City
    December: No Update
January: Update 7 Craglorn Part 4 or Imp. City

All other Stuff they showed wouldn`t I suspect to come in this year. Maybe the faceFx, like they always put grafic advancement in Updates as soon as they are ready, but meantioning it still need month to go, I don't expect it until End of Year / Eearly next year.

They need more caves and underwater grotto , the lack of exploration kills me in this tes game. It's pretty as all hell, but I go places by the coast thinking there should be an entrench here and find a rock. Then I get killed by a swarm of mud crabs

I voted no because there's no middle of the road option. There's some stuff I do like, but other stuff I don't. I'm copy/pasting my post from the thread that has the YouTube video in it to here for clarity.

Hrm. I'm mildly impressed with some things, excited about others and completely disinterested in others.

PvP- Meh. Not something I've liked for some time in -any- MMORPG. Completely disinterested.

Grouping fixes are VERY GOOD. Much interest to see how things develop.
Dungeon scaling is something that's been sorely needed, both solo and group. Personally, I've not been able to complete the 4 man dungeons for levels. Had no problems whatsoever with the 12-15 level range ones, but the next two level tiers of dungeons I've not been able to complete. Haven't done any beyond 32, as that's the highest level character I've got. Glad to hear they'll scale.

COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with the upcoming addition of "dailies". This was something that was missing that wasn't really needed, IMHO.

Craglorn: meh. Not interested in it now, not interested in it in the future, most likely. Won't be enticed, either.

Trials: meh. Didn't like speed runs in other MMO's, don't want to participate here.

Facial animations, good. More immersion is always a good thing. Makes the game more fun.

Vet system change/upgrade: Meh. I'm personally tired of gear grinding and vertical progression. I've actually hated gear grinding for several years now.

Justice system? I predict this being abused and possibly even being used to grief other people. Not thrilled.

Spellcrafting seems to be just another thing to grind. I hate grinding, but I like the idea behind spellcrafting. I'm ambivalent about this.

Combat animations/adjustments are good. Always nice to have animations playing properly and synching up. The only minor concern I have with increased particle effects is that people on lower end systems might suffer. Improvements should be usable/viewable by everyone, IMHO.

New weapons and armor motifs/designs? HOLY CARP. I'm looking forward to seeing them, and I hope they don't change overmuch from what I saw in the video.
I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
    1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
    2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
    3) Difficulty slider.
    4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.

i likey but i don't likey the direction that spellcrafting is going, sounds like some really broken builds are going to come from it without massive test sessions and the sewer entrance to the imperial city sounds like it'll be comped like hell

Sadly it's impossible all of Quake con annoucement are in Project state.
Only the VR system is on the way but we're only in phase 1 and phase 2 will be for 1.3 and phase 3 for 1.4 then for 1.5 they will begin the phase 1 of the next project maybe Impérial city ... We'll mostly have to wait at least 6-8 month to have a great part of all project in the game.

Most of them. But I'm iffy on the justice system now, if it restricts free world looting.

It should have been left restricted to pickpocketing/murdering fluff NPCs.
