System Requesting new password everytime you log out and log back in

My wife is having a ton of problems with her account. When she goes to log in it says she must create a new password. Then when she gets in game it has someone else's character on it. That has obviously been playing longer than the time she has been logged off the game. Right now she is trying to get logged in, We have sent a bug message, we have your phone help on hold, and we are starting to get miffed that there is no answers in the help pages, in game, or by customer support. This is the 2nd time now this has happened after only being in game for 2 weeks. This service needs to improve greatly and quickly.
