Do the Rings of Mara Work for Veteran Ranks?

✭If it works, the visual display is bugged because it's never shown extra experience gains after level 49. The general consensus is that it doesn't give a boost to veteran experience. I wonder how that will go into play with the champion system.☠ Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured? ☠
