I'm pretty happy with my other Hirelings, but Provisioning Hireling feels like a complete waste of skill points. Not to mention he has the most boring letters of all... -

Yes, I happen to realize that's how it works. Which doesn't mean I don't still think it's broken, just that it's apparently broken by design. It should be sending me 2 mails a day. Not a mail 12 hours after I last logged on and got one.
Now, I'm fine with not accumulating them over multiple days, but they should at least accumulate over 1 day.
As far as I'm concerned, it's current implementation is broken. If I'm logging in at 8pm every day, there should be 2 mails waiting for me. Not 1. (or, if I only have 1 or 2/3, there should *always* be 1 mail. Not 1 every other day or thereabouts)
@GnatB there is a thread requesting a change to that specific mechanism, you arent the only one who thinks it is not workeing properly.

✭✭✭✭✭I love my hirelings. I am raising all my 7 alts in provisioning just so they can get the hirelings and get me enough decent foodstuff to feed all my alts.
Honestly I understand limiting certain crafting materials when it comes to weapons and armour but not for consumables like food (and also potions). Those things need to be in reasonably plentiful supply.
