That shouldn't be acceptable behavior in this community. We can do better.

"The squeaky wheel gets the grease" and other analogies fit here. That's how life works son. Never settle for subpar customer service.

If that is how zen wants to do it , it will only get worse and worse with time.
Zen just made me realise that being a loyal customer here is a stupid idea.

So basically as a paying customer we should just accept whatever scraps they throw our way? We are not allowed to voice our concerns?

We will see if you feel that way when you're excluded from something you want. Easy to take the high road now isn't it?
Scraps? What scraps? I'd settle for scraps. I'd settle for a 3 legged poodle. I'd settle for anything besides the nothing that has been offered to current subscribers since launch day.eventide03b14a_ESO wrote: »nerevarine1138 wrote: »Holycannoli wrote: »nerevarine1138 wrote: »This is a perfect example of why they shouldn't be giving any kind of wolf pet. What you paid for was made publicly explicit. Are you for a moment willing to argue otherwise?

Nobody is saying they will sue zen , which we could if they had any breach in the contract.
What people are saying is , if they want to keep their players happy and playing , which is something that a sub game should focus atleast a little , giving content that is exclusive to new players is not a good idea.
Which is what they are doing right now.
So yeah , not everyone will take this crap in silence , even if yes , the best we can all do is unsubb and add to the already many hateful on this game.

I wasn't aware that players weren't kept happy and playing when the game was something they enjoyed playing. I now realize that the only reason I play is for the inevitable free vanity items that ZO will give me.

No. I'm saying that your concerns are trivial, and that you should save your voice for things that are important.
I don't care that you think a dog is important. It isn't. If the game were going to go free-to-play (it won't, but this is a hypothetical), that would justify this level of outcry.

If that is how you view life working, then you have a lot of maturing to do... son.
