Any body facing this problem?sudently boot from server .Try to login back ,but pop out error Information Incorrect?Account has been suspended this site?I email to customer support but they didnt take any action since ask me give them my all information !Who can help me? :'( :'(

    Could be several things, but one possibility is that you've been suspended for possible breach of the TOS; though usually you'll also be locked out from these forums too.

    This is what happened to myself and several hundred others early on when ZOS falsely accused us of breaking the TOS (and they never told us why) and is what ZOS do if, say, you've been reported by another player for something.

    Best bet is open a ticket, not just sending an e-mail, to ask what happened.

    You'll not get any information from the moderators on these forums, they usually don't have access to account information as far as I know, and wouldn't say anything if they did.

    It's unlikely you'd need to talk to them on the phone, you can raise a ticket from the web site, go here:

    Select "Account/Billing" as the kind of problem, then describe what happened in the box below.

    You send one ticket and one ticket only. Otherwise it will take even longer. When they respond to that ticket and ask for info to verify the account. Send that info back. They will then investigate. After their investigation they will get back to you. Make sure you pick the correct category and reason for the ticket otherwise that will slow it down also.
