Corrupt PvP Design (re-write)

I have been an active player in PvP/RvR based MMORPGs for just under 20 years now and I have been concerned with the PvP structure in ESO for quite some time and have finally come to a conclusion. This game was designed to promote corruption. I wish it wasn't true, but when you put together the main issues and view it as a whole, it is the only likely conclusion.
The first thing and the root of how it began is allowing players to join up to 5 guilds with no faction limitations and be able to communicate in all 5 at one time. The problem that arises from this function is the double teaming and trading kills/keeps/scrolls/Emperor in Cyrodil.
The second function that is making PvP in Cyrodil nearly unbearable is the ability to "Guest" into another campaign. This is one that confuses me greatly. It is completely understandable to create separate instances for PvP to help control the lag issues that arise. However, it is beyond comprehension as to why you would ever allow any player to have the ability to go into another instance to fight and continue to advance their PvP rank and receive Alliance Points and Exp. This along with what I stated as the first problem is causing Cyrodil to be unplayable.
The third point I will make on this post is the Emperor status. This while being a good idea to acknowledge an individual who excels in their campaign is made to be too powerful. I don't think Emperor should be removed at all, but the buffs should definitely be changed. In keeping the playing field balanced, there shouldn't be any passives or skills the Emperor has that affects combat except for maybe a Call to Arms type ability which would maybe increase the recovery rate of everyone nearby on that faction. It should instead have more of a monetary gain to that players guild, increasing exp gains, gold, AP etc...
There are many other issues, but I wanted to point out the 3 largest in my eyes. I understand that changing a lot of it would be a cause for concern as well. But, the easiest fix and the biggest cause for the current state of decay in Cyrodil is the Guest function, it needs to be removed completely. Not even a 1 week lockout with 100k AP cost to change it will make it any better. Unfortunately with the current state of the game, what I have read in the upcoming changes to campaigns, there will really be no fix to what is allowing the issues to occur in the first place.
Again, I hope these issues get fixed and addressed. I don't like believing that this was an intentional design, but this is how it is viewed by many. I would really love to get out there and join the fight, but I refuse to play and lend to a corrupt system.

So I had a couple of responses to your points:

#1. This solution to join 5 guilds at once is a way to allow people to play multiple characters, in different ways, and take part in various types of guild and still be able to openly communicate/see what's happening with their "primary(s)" guild(s). This is actually a great solution to keep the player integrated into the game. Although it can promote cross-faction communication, this would occur even if you couldn't be a part of 5 guilds at once. The "being in 5 guilds at once "is a contributor, NOT a cause of the problem. Removing this feature would do more harm overall to the game as a whole then it would help. People who wish to play "spies" or promote cross-faction guild collusion will find other ways inside (or outside) the game to communicate.

#2. Guesting is necessary so that you will have the ability to play with friends who have different home campaigns. As you meet new people and make new friends in the game you won't always have the same Cyrodiil home campaigns. Also, when you guest into a campaign you don't gain any status on the leader boards so the point is mostly moot. The biggest problem is allowing multiple large guilds to all guest into a campaign at once and roll it. However, this issue is being addressed with the new 3-day lockout for guesting after changing, which as I recall is coming in publish 1.3.

#3. I am unsure where the idea an emperor is super OP with his added "skills" comes from, as this isn't really true. In Chrysamere's last campaign I 1v1'd (successfully) the EP Emperor at the time. The point is to give a player something great to strive for and these skills/passives allow that. At best, all things considered, an Emperor is equivalent in power to 4-5 players rolled into one. A small group can easily roll an emperor. The buffs are fine as is. The most useful thing an Emperor gets is the bonus siege damage which works great in the context of the campaign overall. So I simply cannot agree that the buffs need to be changed for Emperors. They are in no way, shape, or form game-breaking and add a great element the no-lifers can strive for. As I have the ole 9-5 work day, Emperor isn't something I'll likely ever achieve, but I think it's a desirable and rewarding plateau for those who have time to strive for it.

I agree with the guild thing about being able to guild with other factions, and add on being able to even talk to other faction members. People would find ways to get around it if they really wanted to if this wasn't possible, but other games AvA or AvAvA/RvRvR games ive played don't have their own systems allowing it. Being able to have 5 guilds isn't an issue to me, but this is. But, it would be pretty hard to suddenly not allow it, since its not your character joining a guild, its the account.

Guesting isn't all that bad. What is bad is travel to player in Cyrodil. It shouldn't be allowed for Cyrodil, and just gives no point in even selecting a guest campaign. It even gets around the restrictions going to a guest campaign would bring too.

I would like if those 2 factors changed.

I wasn't even aware "Travel to Player" tom someone in Cyrodiil still worked... If that's the case, then that definitely needs to be turned off asap. The door is wide-open for abuse on this one.
