BROKEN ARMOR - Arena Set bugged

The arena set is confirmed broken. At the bare minimum the 390 armor from the 4 piece set is not working or showing up on my character sheet. Ive confirmed and re-tested and logged in and out over and over. It's not working

Clearly this is another piece of broken gear. Its an 8 trait set in the medium line for me. I spent a pretty penny on this and its not working.

This is the ARENA set. its the premium top end crafted gear in the game.. BROKEN..

Does anyone know if this is a known bug? This is the TOP end crafted gear available. It not working seems very very very bad..

A big slap in the face to all high end crafters and those willing to grind the gps and mats to get the BEST gear if its sitting broken for this long...

OK so NOW I find that its broken and has been well documented. Is there NO WAY they can make this stuff easier to find and more PUBLIC.. I WASTED soo much time and gold farming for this USELESS armor set.. WHAT THE HECK

PS: someone from zenimax NEEDS to get back to me on this before I get even more raged out and hit up Social Media. Ive been a huge defender of this game, which I love, for months. I just WASTED 3 days of STRAIGHT farming to get this set.. ITS BROKEN!!!

Noone from Zenimax contacts me or says anything or even acknowledges that this is a HUGE problem. TOP END CRAFTED GEAR? USELESS...

Yep, it's broken and it's well known.

Given that this problem has been known for a while, I see little chance that they will bother to fix this because they're planning a major update on the set bonuses next month.

WoW, 3 whole days? Whatever happened to epic crafted armor really being a grind and taking weeks if not months to complete?

Item Sets

Kyne’s Flight: Periodic damage from Acid Spray can now trigger this set’s 5 piece bonus.
Lord’s Mail: This set’s 5 piece bonus now triggers a cooldown when it activates.

The new patch stated the bonus will be changed! now i'm so pissed off i spend numerous time and effort and in game gold to craft this set. First it's not working, second the bonuses will be changed! I contacted Zenimax they told me i can trade in for gold, decon it for mats or trade it with someone else. First the set is bound and second deconing the set to get mats is a joke!

My ticket has been escalated and i specifically asked to possibly exchange for a different set of armors after the update. (that's not including the effort i spend to enchant it with my rekutas!!!) Hope they will do something about this. if the new bonus on the new Arena set is confirmed i don't want it!

Duukar: please post your resolution from Zenimax if any, and i will do the very same.

this is not funny at all. i'm totally with op. i'm not sure if i will go as far as hitting the social media. I'm fine if Zenimax giving me an exact refund with my rekutas OR exchange for a different 8 triats set with rekutas.
