Hi there i just payed for 30 days by card which i usually do but then it says my game time has expired?? I cant check my card as it takes few days to show withdraws so i dont know why its saying account expired??
Did it not go through correct? It said on your account page that it did?

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭You need to contact CS directly. There are known payment issues and I believe there is a sticky thread on the issues. They won't help you on the forum for security reasons. A lot of players pay and then it gets denied even though the payment method they used worked fine the month before. I would call them if I had this issue. You can also call your card company and they can see if the transaction is trying to post even though you don't see it for a few days.1
