Fix PvP combat bug

I healed a guy out of combat, it put me in combat then I had to wait a minute to mount up. It should be 10's after death of an enemy with no dmg taken/given or heals on players who have dealt or taken dmg, and please don't allow my existing hots to keep me in combat. Hate to bring up WoW but they did it right.
