Online Billing Not Working
About a month and a half ago my recurring subscription failed to renew so I tried to set it up again, but I only had the money charged from my MasterCard and didn't receive any game time. I contacted customer support who told me to try using a different method of payment, so I tried with PayPal and the same thing happened. I got refunded the money (eventually) and bought a game time card, but the customer support team did nothing about it then and it seems that they still haven't. For all methods of payment other than PaySafe cards
this comes up (it's the same for the longer subscriptions, too), and I am assuming that it is linked to the payment failure. Am I the only one this has happened to, and, Zenimax, why have you still done nothing about this?
