Am I the last poor slob that can't PvP yet?

I have worked very hard to get my frame rate back to what it was before 1.2.3. I have to turn off all the things I can turn off, put shadows and particles to low and subsampling to medium, turn off all but the most essential addons and I can get 24 to 27 FPS in an empty questing zone.
But if the keep I am in comes under attacks - 11 FPS.
Is PvP going to be beyond my reach? There are tons of skill points to be earned in PvP. There are acheivements. Am I just out-of-luck?

I logged on as soon as I saw your post to make a screenshot for you.

Since 1.2.3 the game has been unplayable for me. Pre 1.2.3 my fps hovered in the 60s, including large fights. Now I get these FPS drops when im crafting in Reapers March. It's ridiculous.

I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription today. I should not be paying money for a beta test. The worst thing is ZOS seems comfortable with their hotfix of 1.2.5 even though it was a piecemeal patch that only made the game a little more playable. While my fps still does take a major dive, it does try and fix itself.

So many players were thankful they were able to play again they let ZOS off the hook. That said, I doubt ZOS gives a sh*t about this isssue and continues to work on new things instead of fixing this. I have not seen anything mentioned about this post 1.2.5 despite people saying it wasnt fixed.

Here is my evidence, even dated as of a few minutes ago:

I made sure to include a timestamp / date stamp in my screenshot. This is post 1.2.5, I should not have these bad frames, yet I do. Should I continue to subscribe to a game I am unable to play? It's been a damn month now...

Damn. It's fixed for myself and others finally. Don't really have anything helpful for you guys besides my condolences

ZoS is working on it, but I don't think they have a solid lead as to what the problem is. Thing is I have sent them a report.txt file three times. There has got to be some commonality between myself and other people with this problem.
