Can I delete some files to shut the bards up?

For some reason, the tavern bards are related to 'ambiance' rather than 'music' as they should be. While I enjoy hearing most of the background noises, I think I'll throat punch someone if I have to hear 'Sway as we kiss' for the 1200th time.

Are there any files I can delete or alter NOT to hear that music?

(For all those who like the music, I am happy for you. This is not a debate the merits of music people can't turn off thread.)

There are so many of these annoyances, like the Town Crier near the crafting hall in Wayrest. I wish the NPC voices were on a separate sound channel from the other ambient sounds that aren't usually do aggravating.
