Fishing Bugs

I was wondering if Zeni had any intentions of fixing the many fishing bugs in the game? I get this isn't a very pressing issue as many people in the game don't care about fishing, but these bugs have been present since launch.

Me and a few friends are just trying to get the master angler achievement in the game, but thats completely impossible due to the starter island achievements being completely bugged. Ive caught the rare blue fish for two of the islands a number of times, and so have many others, but haven't gotten the achievement. Also, I'm not sure if this is intentional but actually catching the rare fish does not put them in your inventory.

There are other fishing bugs in the game with fish appearing in the wrong zones, although those aren't horrible as it makes the achievement a lot easier. I understand that other bugs in VR zones and in quests are a lot more important than this, I just don't see how this could be so complicated to fix, or why it would be completely ignored.
If a GM could give me a response that'd be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Agree with post above.

I'm currently sitting on almost 9000 achievement points and I just can't finish fishing achievements. It would be nice to hear what they plan to do with this, and of course when.

This one finds that fishing with bugs works best in rivers.

I'm so disgruntled by this problem. I am disappointed that it has not been fixed. I believe that it should be addressed with a solution. Actually I'd settle for a reply at this point. But definitely still broken and bugging me!
