Where to find challenging solo fights?

Hi, I'm looking for suggestions where could I find challenging solo-fights. I like to improve my game and my character but that requires fights that would be slightly above my level so that I can pinpoint weaknesses etc.
After the vr-patch, I have now soloed public dungeons, world bosses, dolmens and some lower level group dungeons, and I'm not sure what else is there. I was thinking that maybe there are some specific places in craglorn/cyrodil that might be doable without being mathematically impossible. Maybe something that would be roughly at the difficulty level of non-veteran crypt of hearts. Any ideas?
I don't really like to handicap myself by not wearing armor or something as I would like to play my best possible game. Groups are nice, but it's a bit hard to quantify your individual performance, and probably I'm not suitable for e.g. group-trials in my 2h+heavy plates anyway.
