For those of you searching for M'aiq, He can be found near the Covenant/Drough area on the shore outside of Ebonheart. Here's a Screeny as proof:

M'aiq can be found somewhere in almost every map in the game. Almost. And he is not immortal. His family is just very unimaginative when it comes to naming their cubs, and they will continue to be so for many generations to come.

a fact that M'aiq himself will point out if you talk to him..

"M'aiq's father was also named M'aiq, and his father before him"

I just talked to him and he said: My father was Qai'm but I don't believe he was my father because he was known as a liar. (something like that)

in the Public Dungeon Crow's Wood there is an intractable object at the court which is a... flute I believe, that says "presented to M'aiq from M'aiq"

Also apparently he moves locations in each zone unless this was a Vet version of Stonefalls, because that was not where I found him at the start of the game.
You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.

Qai'm is M'aiq backwards, just saying.

The thing about M'aiw is we can never be entirely sure about him,he is a liar after all. He is mainly there as an easter egg, he has been in the games since Morrowind, and is likely to stay in the games until TES 96: Talos Reborn.

I always have loved finding M'aiq in TES. I'm ever so happy ZOS added him to ESO. Although I do wonder about: Multiplayer: "M'Aiq does not know this word. You wish others to help you in your quest? Coward! If you must, search for the Argonian Im-Leet, or perhaps the big Nord, Rolf the Uber. They will certainly wish to join you."

Where is Im-Leet and Rolf the Uber?
