My long lost Scuttler, thank you Zeni !

So I've played EsO since beta and got my Monkey pet. Got the headstart as well which is where my hatred for said monkey grew. But that's another story.
The digital copy I purchased was accompanied with the explorers pack which consisted of a special treasure maps, the ability to use any race on any faction and a Scuttler pet. Being a Morrowind fanboy this was the only pet I was interested in.

Except I never got it, I assumed I must have either deleted it or sold it without knowing, which I still highly doubt. I figured it would be a ridiculously stupid thing to even bother customer service with.
Anyhow, about 7 months later I decided to actually send a ticket.
BAM 5 minutes later my little scuttles came in the mail! Honestly didn't expect ZoS to even humor me with this.
So, thank you guys. It's a such a small trivial thing to complain about, but that's what makes me even more thankful.
Unfortunately the ZoS rep who mailed it to me had their name censored of course
So here's my 'thank you' guys.
