Alliance Zone Integration: Post Cadwell's Silver and Gold

With the VR undergoing drastic change over the next handful of updates, I'd like to make a plea, that anyone who completes both Cadwell's quest lines after the main quest is complete, to integrate all alliance zones under the same umbrella, allowing anyone from any faction to be able to quest/interact together. This would also convert your starting alliance zones into VR zones.

Because having level 6s in V1 zones is going to go perfectly well.

Not the best idea, in fact kind of a bad idea. Sorry, I don't see this ever happening.

Huh? It would be phased only after completion. Just like it already is for anything else.

It really makes zero sense to be in other factions' zones once you've completed Cadwell's Silver and Gold, since technically your alternate reality/vision quest/dream has run its course.

But it would still be cool to be able to be in the VR version of your faction's zones and see these "mysterious strangers" running around.

There really needs to be more immersive content for our home faction post-Cadwell.

Right but, short of spoilers, everyone worked together. There should be no divide. Anyone who listened/read the story should be on the same page.

    There shouldn't be, but
I'm pretty sure the truce (if you can call it that) at Stirk was a one-time thing. It took an assault by Molag-Bal's daedra to convince them to allow the guilds to go to Coldharbour. The factions had nothing to do with what went on in CH, it was the neutral guilds and a few individuals who did what had to be done.

Pure speculation on my part, but I assume that as soon as the crisis was over, the factions went right back to fighting.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea. I just don't know how to make it work and make sense within the story.

Part of the actual questline to kill Molag Bal includes dialogue with Lyris about participating in the Cyrodiil war after the planemeld is stopped.
The temporary truce is strictly temporary, which is why it is headed up by the apolitical guilds.

Veteran Rank zones would be best as overworld PvP zones. After stabilizing our own alliances we invade enemy territory.
My first day as a Veteran in Aldmeri territory, I was distressed to discover I could not burn the yellow tents and kill soldiers like I could in Cyrodiil. :(

In my view, the game would benefit greatly from allowing players who have killed Molag Bal to travel to friends and guildmates in the third faction territory without completing Cadwell's Silver, just as we can already do with Craglorn.

Many of us would prefer to spend our time in Cyrodiil, rather than do PVE quests. We can currently skip all the quests in our home faction territory except for the prophet quests and unlock both Craglorn as well as the 2nd faction territory skyshards.

It is rather counter-intuitive that we must then go back and spend so much time doing all the PVE quests in every zone in the second faction territory in order to unlock the third faction territory.

EDIT: Sorry I believe I misunderstood the OP. You are proposing inter-faction questing and dungeons in the VR zones?

You can already do this in Cyrodiil, and it seems likely with the upcoming Imperial City content. I don't see the benefit of introducing players from other factions into your home faction content unless we can also PVP in these areas.

I guess I wasn't as clear in my post. What I'm asking for is once you've gone through and done the work, it would be nice if new content was added that made sense. You, as your alliance, going to those zones. Not as, well, whatever it currently is.

I am not advocating PvP, nor would I want world PvP like that. We have a place for that. And to my understanding, Craglorn is only open to your alliance in terms of who you see.

There are PvE ways to add new content to these zones. I hope we see it. I'd like to go to DC as an EP player, and have them know I'm the hero!
