A few days ago i had a problem with a quest that didnt progress. I put up a ticket and within 1 hour i had my first (generic) response with the general tips of what to do in case of a bugged quest.

Since I already tried all those tips i replied to them that i had done it all and the quest was still bugged for me.

Within 24 hours after my reply they came back to me in a personal answer and with the offer to help me in game. They even asked me what a convinient time would be for me so i could meet a GM in game.

The problem is solved now, but my reason to post here is to say thank you to the CS people for the quick and adequate manner they helped me out.

There is so much moaning about ZoS that i thought you also should hear from people happy with their service.

Again: Thank you ZoS.

    I have also had fantastic customer service on two occasions - even though the first of those was because I had been silly and not read the registration instructions :-P.

    But both of the people I spoke to were very helpful, and very friendly.
