Include the Guilds in on the Justice System

This is my thought; Include the Mage and Fighters Guilds in on the justice system. Civilian NPC's will become victims of our unruliness in a future patch. So let say you allow your toon to become a Vampire and you feed on a Civilian NPC rather than some lowly bandit out in the woods. The 1st time you do this, its between you and the guards of the town. The second time its between you, the town and the NPC's in the zone, and the third time, you brought the fighters guild into the mix.

So I remember a game from back in the day, that had Bounty Hunters and also had these little men and women who liked to swing flashlights as swords (SWG). The bounty hunter would go to a message board and get a bounty to kill a flashlight wielder. It was fun it was awesome and it was difficult.

So the Fighters/Mage Guilds would work somewhat the same way. You go to the guild in the zone and look at wanted posters on the bounty board. The name of the player in question would be on said board and the and the guild player would accept it and begin his or her hunt.

Only 2 people can hunt the Vampire and get paid or kill him or her at a time. One from the fighters Guild and one from the Mage guild. The player who kills the vampire first wins the quest money the other well, gets to live another day.
If the vampire bests the Guild Member or Members, his or her name gets placed back up on the board. However, the players who failed can not take the bounty again they must choose another vampire to hunt. Eventually over time, the Vamps bounty will go away. The vampire can move on and be forgotten or pay a fine at vampire friendly cave in the zone.

Now since the Guilds are open to any player at any time, that means a Vampire can get a bounty to kill another Vampire. Well, Remember that Vampire friendly cave? Yep, you guessed it... If the Vampire completes the bounty now the vampire gets hunted by his or her own kind, and not by just one but a number of them lets say 4 (Vampires get rather angry) and the bounty stays open for lets say 2 R/L days.

I wish I could think of a way to incorporate the Werewolves but they rage off of a slight anger management issue. Maybe if one enters a town and begin a slaughter of 3 or more Civilian NPC's then it triggers a bounty?

Anyway, this is just a thought not sure if it was already thought up or not just wanted to share.

    I say NO!

    I want to play 'My Way' and not be bothered by people PvPing me while I solo quest.

    If people want to PvP, go to Cyrodiil.
    FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
    FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
    FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
    FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.
