Horrible lag on EU server (Hollow City) - game next to unplayable

My character is in the Hollow City in Coldharbour, and lag is so bad the game is practically unplayable - keypresses take ages to respond, and then they "stick", so that you end up running into walls, NPCs, etc. Combat = insta-death.
This needs a fix NOW!!
