VR1-13 should be PvE in Cyrodil but also occur in a PvP zone.

So while I'm a big PvE player I do feel that VR levels should be a PvP leveling system.
If at level 48 or 50 the PVE quests moved to Cyrodil this would tend to make a better endgame feel and remove the repetition of VR in PvE of another realm.

Follow me here:
Cyrodil would remain a PvP zone but with all that space the quests should level VR levels

Now for those who don't want to PvP perhaps the game could have a toggle system for PvP in Cyrodil. This creates a point to Crodil being there if you're not a PvP player and allows the PvE player to opt into PvP on occasion.

It also provides the PvP players no loss in the content.
I just don't follow the VR content in other realms.As endgame.

I'd rather stay at level 50 and just get gear from raids and dungeons. Perhaps even shard rewards but I think gear is a PvE focus.

Maybe I'm crazy but what ideas do others have?
I'm just avoiding VR after hitting it cause it defeats the purpose of rerolling another character or race in a different zone.

MAYBE this even fixes the NPCs not showing up due to multiple phasing.

    Hi. From a PvP perspective this wouldn't work in Cyrodiil. Enemies that can't be attacked would be too complicated, trust me.
    I get what you're saying about re-rolling characters in other factions, and that you want it to be a unique experience, you have some good points, but I don't think everyone feels that way :(
    For example, myself, I have one main character and don't want to have to reroll to experience all the content, so for me it's great.
    If your group is bigger than 6 members gain 75% damage reduction.

    Write this on the back of your box and see how many sales you get!

    You won't get any new PvP players until this archaic AoE crap is fixed.
    I for one won't resub until:
    1.) You fix lag.
    2.) You remove AOE caps we voted against.
    3.) 12 months have passed (this is how long we've waited for you to 'get with it')[/b]

    Makes sense. Just trying to think outboard. This VR stuff and complaints can really work just in some other way. I always assumed VR levels were for PvP.

    Seems just to increase the max level to 60 would work better for PvE and be less confusing.

    Why would Vet levels have a restriction for PvP only? What if I don't want to PvP. Why should I not be in end game content for this reason?

    I also get the Vet levels should be more than a harder version of the 1-50 (just making it another faction "experience" doesn't count.) I agree there needs to be more.

    I think PvP should have end game content and if you want to level though PvP then you should be able to do so. However if I wanted to only PvP then I would play League of Legends or something.

    You can PvP from Level 10. So basically once you are able to learn the game and get some experience. Why should other end content not also be PvE or why shouldn't people be able to not have to PvP at all?

    Correct just as it's today for PvP. You que into the one you want to play in minus fighting other players there would be PvE quests.
    Cyrodil PvP and Pve campaigns seems simple enough or use the same campaigns and allow PvP toggling.

    For those who say what about VR. Well that's going away anyways so the VR should not be a level but the skill pts can stay. Seems these will be called champion levels.

    VR levels can apply to PvP skill leveling but VR levels or any levels need to go away. The max level is 50 so all chars and gear/weapons should be lvl 50 items.

    The skills or VR skills can be gained still but they should only apply to a PvP skill tree of some type.
